1. Legal Capacity & Acceptance
1.1 By engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contractual agreements.
1.2 These Terms may be updated or amended from time to time without prior notice. The latest version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
1.3 Links to these Terms may be provided during the booking process via email, SMS, WhatsApp or payment links. Where required, acceptance must be confirmed before an appointment is secured.
1.4 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

2.2 Our technician is authorised to request and collect payment prior to leaving the service location.
2.3 Where payment is to be made by a third party, responsibility for settlement remains with the individual who made the booking. In the event that third-party payment is not received, the booking customer shall remain fully liable for the outstanding balance.
2.4 By making payment, you confirm that you are the authorised cardholder (where applicable) and that the service has been completed to your satisfaction at the time of payment.

3. Appointments & Arrival Times
3.1 Appointment times are estimates only and represent an anticipated arrival window, not a guaranteed time.
3.2 You agree to allow reasonable flexibility of at least one hour either side of the scheduled time to account for traffic, weather conditions, and preceding appointments.
3.3 Customers are advised not to make immovable commitments involving the vehicle until the technician confirms the estimated completion time on the day.
4. Deposits & Cancellations
4.1 A booking deposit (typically between £30–£50) may be required to secure an appointment.
4.2 Deposits are refundable only where a minimum of 48 hours’ written notice of cancellation is provided.
4.3 The remaining balance is payable immediately upon completion of the work.
4.4 Where the paying party is not present at the appointment, arrangements must be made in advance to ensure payment can be processed. Our technician is not permitted to leave the premises until payment has been received in full.
4.5 All appointments are subject to suitable weather conditions. We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule where environmental conditions would compromise safety or repair quality.
4.6 Where the Customer cancels an appointment within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total agreed service price. This fee reflects the loss of allocated time, resources, and our inability to reassign the booking at short notice.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, regardless of how they are made, including but not limited to by telephone, WhatsApp, email, social media, online enquiry, or any other communication method. By confirming a booking through any of these channels, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Personal Belongings
All personal items and valuables must be removed from the vehicle prior to our arrival. We accept no liability for loss or damage to personal effects left inside the vehicle.
For safety and insurance reasons, our technicians are not permitted to remove, adjust, or install child seats.
5.2 Service Location & Parking
The Customer must ensure:
- Adequate space for our service vehicle to park safely adjacent to the vehicle being repaired.
- That any parking permits, permissions, or charges are arranged and paid for.
- Where repairs are carried out on third-party property (including public or private car parks), that appropriate authorisation has been obtained.
- Suitable height clearance, lighting, drainage and safe working conditions are available.
If the vehicle is located on a public highway, you must ensure that sufficient safe working space is available without risk to pedestrians, passing vehicles, or property.
We reserve the right to refuse to carry out repairs or to relocate the appointment if, in our sole professional opinion, the environment is unsafe or unsuitable. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience or consequential costs arising from such changes.
6. Estimates & Quotations
6.1 Quotations provided from photographs or descriptions are indicative only and subject to revision following physical inspection.
6.2 If additional damage is identified on inspection, we will inform you before proceeding with any additional chargeable work.
6.3 Customers must not wash or clean the repaired area for a minimum of seven (7) days following completion.
6.4 The use of harsh chemicals, automated hand car washes, or high-pressure washers at close range may damage fresh repairs and may invalidate any applicable guarantee.
7. Wheel Refurbishment Services
7.1 Unless agreed otherwise in writing, alloy and diamond-cut style refurbishments are carried out with wheels fitted to the vehicle.
7.2 We do not undertake structural wheel repairs, including cracked, buckled, or bent wheels.
7.3 Our diamond-cut style refurbishments are cosmetic SMART repairs intended to replicate the appearance of the original finish using specialist paint and lacquer techniques. They are not full lathe-cut machining services.
7.4 Customers returning lease or financed vehicles are responsible for confirming that cosmetic refurbishment is acceptable under their agreement. We accept no liability for charges imposed by third parties as a result of repair type.
7.5 Cosmetic refurbishments may not restore wheels to factory-new condition, and minor variations in colour, tone, or finish may remain.
7.6 Where wheels are removed by prior written agreement, the Customer is advised to have wheel torque settings professionally checked within 24 hours or 10 miles of driving and to limit speed to 30mph until such checks are completed. We accept no liability for failure to follow this advice.
8. Guarantee & Workmanship
8.1 Our guarantee covers defects arising from incorrect paint formulation or application carried out by us.
8.2 The guarantee does not extend to:
- Corrosion or rust (whether pre-existing or subsequent);
- Failure of underlying surfaces or prior repairs;
- Further accidental damage, stone chips, or environmental impact;
- Improper aftercare or cleaning within seven days of repair.
8.3 Paint repairs are guaranteed for the period of ownership of the vehicle by the Customer who commissioned the work and are non-transferable.
8.4 Wheel refurbishments carry a six (6) month workmanship guarantee.
8.5 Liability for any claim shall be strictly limited to the value of the original repair as stated on the invoice.
8.6 Customers must provide us with the opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, rectify any concerns before a refund or alternative resolution is considered.
8.7 Rework appointments will ordinarily take place at the original service address and, where reasonably possible, be carried out by the original technician.
8.8 While we aim to achieve a near-invisible finish, SMART repairs are cosmetic in nature and may not replicate original factory conditions in all circumstances.
9. Promotional Vouchers
9.1 Promotional vouchers are subject to minimum spend requirements where stated.
9.2 Only one voucher may be redeemed per booking.
9.3 Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers, exchanged for cash, or divided across multiple appointments.
9.4 Vouchers must be declared at the time of booking and presented at the appointment.
10. Liability & Limitation
10.1 Services may be carried out by employed technicians, partner technicians, or approved independent specialists operating under our brand.
10.2 All technicians are required to maintain appropriate insurance and operate in accordance with relevant safety standards.
10.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party losses, including lease penalties or dealership charges.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the services provided and supersede any prior discussions, representations or understandings.
