Lead conversion & sales executive
Location: South East London (Belvedere) – Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 (depending on experience) + performance bonus

With a successful mobile repair division already operating across London and the South East, we’re now growing our state-of-the-art repair centre and are looking for an exceptional Lead Conversion & Sales Executive to become the first point of contact for our customers.
This isn’t a call centre role.
We’re looking for someone who can build trust, understand customer needs, overcome objections and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Every enquiry represents an opportunity, and your ability to create an outstanding customer experience will directly contribute to the growth of our business.
Your Role
You will manage enquiries across both our Mobile Smart Repair service and our Repair Centre, ensuring every customer receives a fast, professional and knowledgeable experience from first contact through to booking.
Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, website, Facebook and Instagram.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Explain the benefits of both our Mobile Repair Service and Repair Centre, recommending the most suitable solution for each customer.
- Follow up outstanding quotations and warm leads.
- Handle customer objections confidently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate technician diaries.
- Work closely with technicians and management to ensure smooth customer journeys.
- Monitor lead conversion rates and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Help maximise daily bookings across both divisions of the business.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from first enquiry through to completed repair.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales or lead conversion experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and online communication platforms.

This is not just a social media role.
We’re looking for someone who can combine creativity, photography, videography, graphic design and marketing skills to create content that gets attention, builds trust and generates enquiries.
You’ll be responsible for creating everything from social media reels and adverts to professional photography, promotional graphics, posters and marketing campaigns across both our mobile operations and repair centre.
The Role
You will take ownership of creating high-quality visual content that represents the 365smartrepair brand across all platforms.
Working alongside our management and marketing teams, you will develop creative ideas, produce campaigns and showcase the quality of our repairs, our technicians and our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Plan, film, edit and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Create high-performing reels, short-form videos and advert content.
- Capture before-and-after repair transformations.
- Film mobile technicians completing repairs at customers’ homes and workplaces.
- Create content showcasing our repair centre, specialist equipment and repair processes.
- Produce customer stories and behind-the-scenes content.
Graphic Design & Advertising
- Design professional adverts for social media campaigns.
- Create promotional graphics, posters, banners and marketing materials.
- Produce branded content that follows 365smartrepair’s visual identity.
- Create artwork for seasonal campaigns, offers and service promotions.
- Design creative assets for paid advertising campaigns.
Photography & Editing
- Take professional photographs of vehicles, repairs and business operations.
- Edit images using Adobe Lightroom.
- Create and manipulate graphics using Adobe Photoshop.
- Maintain consistent quality across all brand imagery.
- Create polished content suitable for website, social media and advertising.
Marketing Support
- Work alongside our marketing team to develop campaigns that generate enquiries.
